Fantastic stay with friendly staff

The staff helped us a lot when we needed to go to the ER with my brother. I also really enjoyed the pool, the pool bar, and the breakfast menu. The guest rooms had everything I needed. The hotel's beach access made everything convenient.
The small road to the hotel from the main road was not covered with asphalt. It was an offroad experience.

i appreciated that our family room with balcony had a back door opening directly to the pool area my kids really enjoyed that access the breakfast offered sufficient choices and the dinners were tasty plus there was live music each night a nice touch

the staff ensured our comfort. the rooms had ample space. i found the shower's water pressure quite satisfactory. the breakfast buffet offered diverse options each day. it included local, asian, and western dishes. tuk-tuks were readily available with assistance from the staff.
The small road leading to the hotel from the main road was unpaved. It created a slightly rough first impression.

the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. they. the rooms were huge and i loved the view from my balcony! breakfast had so much variety, i tried something new every day. this hotel is located right on the alona beach!
I gotta say, the pool needed some serious tlc with those missing mosaic tiles. it felt pretty dangerous for both adults and kids. also, the towels in the room felt pretty worn out. They need replacing soon. that narrow road leading to the hotel entrance is badly maintained. It doesn't really reflect a road for a hotel of this level.
